Hi. I’m John Kelly, president of 6×6 Design, LLC website services. I’ve enjoyed watching many of my client’s businesses flourish over the years as a result of redesigning or building new websites. But one particular client comes to mind giving me the inspiration to develop a one-on-one series of articles, tips and resources to assist him with learning about the world of Search Engine Optimization, or SEO, and tapping the world of social media. I figured why not share with everyone, so I added this blog to my own website.
Through several articles and shared videos, I’ll take you trough a guided tour of the internet world my business resides in. Why you ask? Because it helps me to help you better understand your own needs, therefore saving me time when consulting with you! Not only does it help you, it helps my website grow and flourish as well. So yes, it’s a nice trade-off for me too. And by now, you should be thinking “Hmm… I could learn about this and do it for my own website too!”. Absolutely! That’s the whole point. If you are an expert with something, why not create content about it and help someone while helping yourself. It’s simple, it’s giving great content to be found in someone’s search — exactly what search engines and searchers want — and you benefit with traffic to your site. I’d call that a WIN-WIN situation. Best of all, it’s the lowest cost and most effective marketing tool available today.
