6x6 Design web design and development has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Once 6x6 Design has received the initial payment and confirmation from the client, we consider the project to be active. If the client wishes to cancel the project at any time, they need to do so by sending a written cancellation notice, either written or via email:

Refund
We offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. If within 30 days (after a signed Service Agreement has been placed) you decide our services do not live up to your expectations, you will be liable to pay for all work already completed on the project, and any other additional expenses that 6x6 Design has incurred to that point in time due to the project, including any reasonable costs involved in ceasing the project. A full invoice will be sent to the client detailing all these costs. 6x6 Design reserves the right to retain all files worked and/or created, paper and electronic, which are associated with the services a refund was issued for.
